This notice explains how Win Within handles information submitted through this website.

What you share

The application asks for your name, email, work or business, goals, challenges and contribution. A phone number, website and areas of growth are optional. Please leave out sensitive financial, medical or other personal details that aren’t needed for a membership conversation.

How we use it

Luke and the Win Within team use your answers to review your application, prepare for your call and contact you about membership. Submitting an application does not enroll you, authorize a charge or sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Storage and scheduling

Our website hosting and database services store your application. Access to application records is restricted. Technical request information may be used to protect the form from misuse. When you book a call, Google Calendar handles your scheduling information under Google’s privacy policy.

Browser preferences

This site saves your motion preference in your browser. The site does not add advertising trackers.

To request a copy, correction or deletion of your application, email WinWithinEvents@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
